Joy is a 12.5-metre sailing catamaran built in 2019 and based in Athens, Attica. With an 8-metre beam, four cabins, four toilets, and eight berths, she offers substantially more living space than a same-length monohull — a meaningful difference for groups of up to 12 who want room to move around comfortably during a day on the water. Twin inboard diesel engines keep her manoeuvrable in and out of anchorages, while a furling genoa means the sails are genuinely usable rather than decorative. Air conditioning, heating, a generator, hot water, a full galley with stove, oven, and microwave, and a dinghy with outboard round out the onboard setup — a level of self-sufficiency that suits longer days at sea as much as shorter ones. Joy is available for half-day charters of approximately five hours and full-day charters, both operated with a captain. The combination of deck space, interior volume, and sailing capability makes her a practical option for larger groups looking for a day charter out of Athens that goes beyond a straightforward motor cruise.
