By accessing or using the Vip Sea Transfer website and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Services.

Vip Sea Transfer offers private boat transfers across the Greek islands, and skippered yacht, catamaran and RIB charters from Athens, Mykonos and Paros. Our website provides:

• Information about our boats, transfer routes and prices
• Boat search and filtering tools
• Inquiries and booking requests for transfers and charters
• Our AI chat assistant, Marina, for questions about boats, routes and prices

Note: We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or condition of any boat shown on the website. Each transfer or charter may be subject to a separate agreement with the boat's owner or their authorized representative.

You do not need an account to use our website. When you send us an inquiry or booking request, you agree to provide accurate and current information.

An inquiry is not yet a booking: we first check availability and send you the final price, usually within 24 hours.

We may decline inquiries, or block access to the website, if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Services for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Spam, harass, or abuse our staff
• Crawl or scrape the website in breach of our robots.txt, or so heavily that it slows the website down
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

The Services and their original content (excluding the vessel images and details mentioned below), features, and functionality are owned by Vip Sea Transfer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Vessel images, descriptions, and details are the property of their respective owners and are displayed with permission.

Important: Vessel information is provided for informational purposes only. We make no warranties or representations about:

• Accuracy of vessel details, prices, or availability
• Physical condition of vessels
• Registration status or ownership of vessels
• Suitability of vessels for any particular purpose
• Answers given by our AI chat assistant

What applies to your trip (boat, price, times and what is included) is what we confirm to you when you book.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vip Sea Transfer shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Damages arising from charter agreements
• Errors or omissions in the vessel information on the website
• Service interruptions or technical issues
• Actions of third parties

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vip Sea Transfer, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Information you submit through the Services

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by:

• Posting the updated Terms on this page
• Updating the "Last updated" date

Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
